Good pack design is crucial to ensure performance, safety, and longevity. It requires optimal materials, internal structure, and consideration of application requirements.
Thermal Simulation
Our designs are customized to the application to maintain the cells in their desired temperature range and minimize cell-to-cell temperature variations to extend the life of the battery. We conduct extensive theoretical modeling and real-world testing to ensure our design intent is manifest in every battery we ship.
Mechanical Simulation
A robust mechanical design helps battery packs to safeguard against any external abuse while handling. Our team of engineers design battery packs that can fit in confined spaces as per customer requirements without sacrificing on safety, vibrations, shock or any norms of the global standard.
BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We use the best-in-class electronic components in the Battery Management System to have reliability and trusted performance over long periods of time.
CLOSE COLLABORATION
Our engineers work directly with our customers to define the key operational parameters of the target application, designing around a standard micro-controller chip that integrates cell balancing, protection circuitry and system control firmware.
